Data protection and use of Facebook

This website uses plugins from the social network facebook.com operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").

Transfer of personal data

Use of tracking pixels

Tracking pixels have very similar functions to cookies, but they are not noticeable to the user. Use of Kameleoon

This website uses the test and web analysis service Kameleoon. The software tool enables an analysis of user behavior based on user segmentation. By evaluating the logfile data, Kameleoon can determine how individual user segments are visiting the website, which landing pages are visited and how click rates can be increased. Digital Genius

Customer Service Automation is carried out with the support of the third-party provider DigitalGenius, 110 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4HT, UK. With DigitalGenius, messages are fetched from Salesforce, transferred to the DigitalGenius platform for processing and then automated back to the customer via Salesforce. As part of this process, DigitalGenius processes personal data in order to process the request. All data is stored on the platform for 30 days only. This service is used to answer customer queries faster and more accurately.
SpeedCurve

We use the tool SpeedCurve created by the company SpeedCurve Ltd., 36 Valley Road, Titirangi, Auckland 0604, New Zealand to monitor and measure the performance of your website experience by measuring web page load times as well as the responsiveness of page elements such as images, scripts, and text with the purpose of getting a comprehensive picture of our website’s performance. In connection with this measurement we may process personal data you leave when visiting our online shop, such as geolocation (city, country, continent), browser type, and device type.
