Consumer information on the return and disposal of batteries and waste electrical and electronic equipment

1. Why separate collection is important
Used batteries and electrical devices contain valuable raw materials that can be recycled. Improper disposal can release harmful substances and endanger the environment and human health. Please help to conserve resources and protect the environment.

2. Your legal obligations
End users are legally required to dispose of used batteries and electrical devices separately from household waste and to return them to appropriate collection points. Disposal in household waste is not permitted.

3. Where are batteries and electrical devices found in our product range?
In our range, batteries and electrical devices are exclusively contained in the following products:

  • Wristwatches

  • Speakers

  • Lamps

  • Toys

Please ensure that these products are disposed of properly at the end of their service life.

4. How to extend the life of your batteries

  • Store products in a dry and clean place

  • Do not bend or damage

  • Use LED functions only when necessary

5. Return options at legally obligated distributors and free shipping label

6. Responsibility for personal data
As an end user, you are responsible for deleting personal data on the electrical and electronic waste devices before returning them.

7. Safety instructions
Store electrical devices and products with batteries in a dry and protected place. Do not continue to use severely damaged devices or leaking batteries; dispose of them properly instead. Devices with lithium batteries can pose a fire risk if stored improperly, for example in excessive heat.

8. Meaning of the symbols
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol means: batteries and electrical devices must not be disposed of in household waste, but must be collected separately.
For batteries containing hazardous substances, you will also find the following chemical symbols:
Pb: Battery contains more than 0.004% lead
Cd: Battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium

9. Effects on the environment and human health
Improperly disposed batteries and electrical devices can release heavy metals and other substances and pollute the environment. Please use designated take-back points and do not dispose of batteries and waste electrical devices indiscriminately in the environment.
