We don't offer click and collect so you can't pick up your stuff instore. We ship all sendings out of our external warehouse.

  • Note: The payment method bank transfer is not permitted for the purchase of release items.

    Germany: DHL Shipping Costs: 4,99 €. Orders above 99,99 € are free within Germany.

    EU/other Countries: Shipping with UPS Express Saver / DHL Express, prices will be calculated during order process regarding Quantity and Country.

    We try to ship the ordered item(s) at the same day we receive the payment for your order and you will get an email with the tracking information for your order. Local Tax / Customs may occur, which is not in our responsibility.

    Delivery Time:

    Germany: currently 2-4 Business Days
    International: currently 3-5 Business Days


     
    Unfortunately it is not possible for us to change or cancel orders afterwards. This means that no articles or explicit sizes can be changed, promotion codes can't be added nor addresses can be corrected. You are welcome to return the package to us (returns are possible within the European Union). We will refund the amount as soon as possible after the goods have been received. However, you can place a reorder with the correct data and the desired items as long as it is shown as available in the online store.

    A complete cancellation of the order afterwards is usually not possible either. Unless you have chosen the payment method bank transfer. Please contact our customer service immediately after completing your order.
     
    Sorry, but we don't have any possibility to sell "instore" - products or releases out of our stores and we don't take any preorders.
    If you have the chance to come over to Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna, Brussels, Barcelona or Amsterdam, feel free to visit us!
     
    Germany: Use the enclosed free return sticker. For returns made from other countries you shall bear the costs for returning the goods.

    EU: Please send the package back to our warehouse at your own expense:

    Sorry, we don't offer instore returns. Please follow our description in the "How can I return" section.  
    Sorry, we can‘t exchange articles because of technical reasons. We will refund the money as fast as possible after receiving the items you returned. You can order the right size if you like and if it is deliverable at our onlineshop.
     
    Restocks are not very common, but not impossible. Sometimes we'll get a restock and we will still inform you via our homepage. Feel free to subscribe our Newsletter or follow us on WhatsApp and Instagram.

     
    We don't take any preorders. We want to keep it fair for every customer.

     
    Just check the product page. We have some indicators right below the sizetable. Just click on your size and check them. If there is a green checkmark, GO FOR IT! ;-)
